Mummy stayed near to where Miss Potter lived and wrote her books. It was a long time ago, before I was born. About 1990, I think. Anyway, she still has the photo's. It looks a nice place for Bears up there. I hope she takes me one day. She researched her family history last year and discovered that her mum's family comes from that area. She got back to the year 1680. They were mostly drapers. But one man was a "breeches maker". I laughed so much I nearly split my seams. This must be where I get my enjoyment of pants from.
