Example n°1:

You make holes with a perforator on each page and you tie them all with a ribbon or....

Example n°2

you take an old book hardcover

at the back you glue a piece of cardboard with a ribbon or...

you perforate your pages and tie them...

 

Example n°3

you perforate the covers and all the pages and you tie them not too tight...

 

Example n°4

you perforate the pages and tie them with a small metal stem and pearls...

Example n°5

when you don't have too many double pages, you can just glue them together

that's easy to work, no problem if you spoil a page , you can do it again, as there's no reverse side;
